Dr. Lake is not paneled with insurance providers.

Families seeking reimbursement should contact their insurance provider before the evaluation. Billing and diagnostic codes can be provided when applicable.

Dr. Lake provides Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) for families who disagree with their school district’s educational evaluation.

An IEE is conducted by a qualified professional who is not employed by the school district. Results are shared with parents or guardians and the school district for review.
