- A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the first scheduled testing date.

Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE)
Dr. Lake provides Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) for families who disagree with their school district’s educational evaluation.
An IEE is conducted by a qualified professional who is not employed by the school district. Results are shared with parents or guardians and the school district for review.
